Arilda holds a master’s degree in clinical psychology and has qualified as a Group Analyst, a qualification program accredited by the Institute of Group Analysis, London.

With over five years of professional experience, Arilda offers individual, group, and couples therapy both in-person and online through her private practice.

Since 2021, Arilda has contributed as a researcher in EU-funded projects focused on mental health, including cluster randomised controlled trials (cRCT) and community-based interventions such as ImplementALL, MENTUPP, MENTBEST, and PROSPERH. Her research interests encompass a wide range of topics, including digital mental health interventions, workplace mental health enhancement, stigma reduction, and the effectiveness of online therapeutic methods. Arilda has authored and co-authored numerous papers in these critical areas, providing significant contributions to the psychological field.

In addition to her clinical and research roles, Arilda works as a lecturer at the Public Health Department, Faculty of Medicine, Tirana, where she teaches Introduction to Psychology.  

Beyond academia, she works as an independent consultant, delivering counselling and psychosocial support to adolescents and adults across various projects in Albania. Her commitment to advancing mental health outcomes through a comprehensive approach integrating research, clinical practice, and community engagement underscores her dedication to the field of psychology.
