Mirela Bregu

 

Mirela is an Organizational Consultant & Group Analyst, specialized in organizational dynamics, internal structures, flexibility and operational efficiency that provides expertise to organizations, their teams and individuals. The focus of the organisational consultancy is on negotiation, group cohesion, organizational restructuring and process reengineering. Among the challenging but “fresh” services directed to organization environment are “employee group experiences”. Her interests also lay on clinical group functioning and dynamics. Since 2021, offers groups for the third age, at one of the Multidimensional Functional Centres of the Municipality of Tirana. She is supervised by the Institute of Group Analysis (IGA), London.

With over 25 years’ experience, divided between business development, negotiation, team coordination and group analysis, she brings a successful track record in challenging and multicultural environments, with short- and long-term commitments. She has participated in projects in different regions such as: Albania, Bolivia, Bosnia, Italy, Ukraine, China, Pacific Islands, Ghana, Uganda, etc.

Involved in the academia over the years, University of Tirana (2004-2007), FASTIP, Aleksander Moisiu Durrës University (2017-2019).

Always active in society, she has often volunteered in other areas such as: Chairman of the Board at Junior Achievement Albania (JAA), a non-profit organization, full member of JA-YE Europe & JA Worldwide (2006 – 2008); Founding member of the Association of Analysis of Group in Albania (2016); AGSH Treasurer and Member of the Local Organizing Committee responsible for organizing and coordinating all aspects of the training of the first generation of group analysts in the country in cooperation with IGA, London, since 2018; Co-organizer of monthly experimental open community groups in Tirana, etc.
